Work Experience
Evolve - Head Graphic Designer / 2024 - 2026
Led the visual identity of Evolve, an edtech startup in scale-up mode, ensuring brand consistency through a period of rapid growth.
Directed the production of static digital content that drove social media presence, reaching over 63M views across all platforms in 90 days.
Redesigned Evolve's website in Framer to align with the company's new business model, working in live production environments and coordinating closely with IT, development, and SEO teams.
Worked alongside marketing, product, and growth teams to deliver key assets, landing pages, decks, campaigns, and B2B materials, tied to business objectives.
Improved paid campaign performance by designing clearer, conversion-focused creatives that reduced cost per result in acquisition.
Built the design system in Figma, centralised the asset library, and streamlined workflows so the team spent less time searching and more time creating.

Break Tour - Graphic Designer / 2022 - 2024
Led Break Padel's visual identity from scratch, building the full design system in Figma and establishing the visual foundations of a brand growing fast in an increasingly digital padel market.
Designed assets across multiple channels, product visuals, events, social media, and new location campaigns, maintaining brand consistency and supporting audience growth across key platforms.
Worked with marketing and operations to launch campaigns for tournaments and new clubs, coordinating deliverables under tight deadlines with high visual impact.
Produced motion graphics in After Effects to communicate new launches and product updates, adding a dynamic layer to the brand's campaigns.

NGL Spain - Graphic Designer / 2020 - 2022
